Meghan Markle’s love of wholesome activities has been widely shared across her Instagram and for her new brand As Ever.

The Duchess of Sussex also featured many activities ranging from candle making to creating her own bath salts as part of her Netflix show With Love, Meghan. The lifestyle and culinary show was so popular it will return in the fall, after Netflix commissioned a second series.

Yet one of Meghan’s hobbies has become such a hot topic, particularly in light of the sell out product ‘confetti flowers’ which she launched with As Ever in March and then sold out again last month.

Meghan’s love of all things floral, floristry and flower arranging has been prominent as she’s made the shift from royal to lifestyle influencer.

She’s even featured videos on social media as she prepares the perfect bouquet and previously described the activity as “calming and meditative.”

Also earlier this years Iin an episode of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, the Duchess said, “I learned a lot of this when I was pregnant with my son, Archie. My girlfriends threw a baby shower for me, and one of the things we did was learn flower arranging.

“I started to find this really calming and meditative, so when I have a little bit of time at the end of the day, I do this. I have a glass of wine and just enjoy it.”

Now a floristry expert has praised the Duchess as they explain that the Suits actress’ favourite activity comes with huge mental health benefits as well as being a mood booster.

Deirdre Sullivan, Kay’s Flowers, said: “She’s beautifully demonstrating what we’ve always believed: you don’t need to be a professional to harness the profound benefits of fresh flowers in your home.

Added benefits aren’t just limited to mental health but also for, they stressed, “Meghan’s example is a powerful reminder that by simply engaging with nature’s beauty, you can cultivate a happier, more peaceful home, and a healthier, more joyful you.”
