You can’t just make a claim about someone and then get to see any classified documents you want when they sue for defamation based on speculation about what may be in those classified files. That being said, the fact that she didn’t mention him by name is what would make it impossible for him to win a lawsuit and she clearly thought that out before posting it.
He was literally found liable in a court of law for rape. Therefore, a defamation suit would go exactly nowhere. Legally, he IS a rapist.
