I have been waiting here in the station since 15:45. The cherry on top is that each time they keep adding 15/30 minutes. They get our hopes up and then they keep adding more time. Anyways it's the first time i wait so long and i am curious to know if i can get something back. I bought the ticket in trainline and not by the deutsche bahn directly so i don't know if that chages things. Thanks for any help 🙏

  1. 50% refund if you arrive more than 2 hours after the scheduled arrival, 100% refund if you cancel the trip and return to the place of origin.

  2. there is an app for you:
    Your passenger rights

  3. Just get any train. After 20 mins, your ticket is no longer tied to specific train.

  4. you literally could’ve taken any other connection and you‘d be already in Straßburg. However you can get a 50% refund if you still decide to travel or 100% and just cancel the trip.

  5. To apply for a German passport and complain on Reddit properly

  6. To slam your forhead against the nearest wall. Zhank you for travellink wizh Deutsche Bahn 😀

  7. The phrase runs like a German train has no meaning anymore.

  8. First check if there’re alternate connections within these three hours.

  9. You have the right to not travel with Deutsche Bahn anymore, what were you thinking. They are a joke at a global level by now, even Americans know it.

  10. You have to right to get fucked and now make an angry comment about it on the internet.
