On the night of July 19, Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on Pavlohrad, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The city was hit by missiles and drones, causing significant infrastructure damage and numerous fires.

The head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported that this was the most extensive shelling of Pavlohrad since the beginning of the war. The attack damaged a fire station, several industrial enterprises, as well as a five-story residential building.
