Russia continues its terror campaign in Sumy with deliberate drone strikes on a school and a hospital. These attacks on civilian infrastructure wounded numerous people. Targeting educational and medical facilities is a blatant war crime and a violation of international law.

1. Unfortunately, it seems there will be terror for as long as there will be a Putin.

2. They don’t even try to hide the fact that they are intentionally hitting these buildings.
   They lie about the why, but not the actions.
