I think that the problem with your average reform nationalist voter is that they are not going to even read the text all the way to the end.
So what you think is a “smart meme”, that says “we fought nazis in WW2 and should NOT allow ourselves to be ruled by nazis”… simply not going to work on them and actually in their simple mind going to encourage them to vote for reform… as all they see here “vote reform UK for VETERANS”.
What we need to understand – reform voter is not necessarily evil. They are irrational, it is a vote from feelings… so trying to use rational logic to explain to them why they are wrong just doesn’t work. With that in mind having “reform UK” next to the picture of veterans will invoke positive reaction from them toward “reform UK”… remember we dealing with feeling, so it is important to consider what feelings one feels when looking at the picture. The text can be there, it does not matter.
I guess it would be better to switch the parts around – at the top say “if you think these lads…. etc etc.” so the message is clear and it is naturally the first thing a person will read, then image (so the image is associated with statement and not with reform UK) and then “plot twist” at the end – “vote reform UK”. It would be a small improvement in messaging, but an improvement nevertheless.
These guys definitely went over the channel so that we could have 700,000 net immigration, foreign nationals to turn up and get free healthcare, infinity migrants put up in 4 star hotels, 70% of Somali immigrants on social housing etc.
Why do we take people in who can then claim off of the state? Those guys went over for their families so they could inherit the country. We are just importing foreign dependents. I certainly won’t die for it.

A war was fought to preserve the nation’s independence from foreign powers.
The British *Empire* fought in the world wars.
The British, not the Germans, invented the concentration camp.

The result of this is that they have _already_ lost 11 councillors and 30% of thier MPs. And the rest that are still holding on are a mixture of incompetent, disinterested, literal 18 year olds, shysters and charlatans. Your local councils are spending vast sums of time and taxpayer money dealing with the consequences of Reforms calculated ineptitude and _your_ services will suffer as a result for _years_.

Sadly a lot of the population has become extremely dense, and to think not long ago the UK was the pioneer of splitting the atom. These days a lot of the voters can’t identify what a woman is.
