  1. I grew up in Narbonnistan but had the bad luck to be incredibly sensitive to heat, summer fucking sucks

  2. The thermometer read 49°C yesterday, but at least it’s dry air. The southerner mind cannot comprehend 27° and 70% humidity.

  3. I heard some thunder today and thought we would finally get some rain, but no such luck

  4. I don’t get it. So, Scandinavians are not Europeans??? 🧐

  5. Can confirm. I’m in Lerum, Sweden right now, the air conditioner was broken and i was stuck in a Camper that was hotter than hell.

  6. Netherland isn’t Scandinavian right? Because I do very much so relate to this right now (it was 30 today…)

  7. I’ve been out digging trenches in this biblical heat. It fucking sucks

  8. I’d take 37c in Lisbon over 27c in London or somewhere in Scandinavia anytime. Just bring sunglasses and you’re set

  9. So, perhaps I’m a Scandinavian trapped in a french body.

  10. this is extremely relatable, this was me yesterday, and got made fun of by people in places with 30-35+

  11. Our houses are built to keep the heat on the inside! 🫠

  12. Scottish children when they see the sun for the first time in their lives…

  13. I must be a Scandi descendant I can’t bear temperature higher than 23°C

  14. Me too.

Team cold weather all the way, summer is overrated. I will not stand for cold weather slander when we have to work in “professional attire” in officers poorly suited to heatwaves.

And people still insist on no fans.

  15. I’m trying to sleep and it’s like breathing through soup I can’t take this shit

  16. *Southern Europeans. We can’t handle those temps either.

  17. 30 degrees is melting point in the UK, it was horrendous recently. The burst of Atlantic weather finally able to break in recently was a godsend.
