On this day 76 years ago Romanian students organized a large protest in support of King Michael I and against the communist government.

  1. The same who were marching with Corneliu Zelea Codreanu and Horia Sima and jubillating at the thought of an alliance with nazi germany? Yeah, no shit, who would have thought that a bunch of rich fascists were shiting their pants at the thought of a government that wanted them dead.

  2. Too bad Romania was nazi ally, and couldnt chose too much.. but nevertheless, they were good to Serbia, they could annex Banat, and they chose not to.. so thank you neighbors 🙂

  3. Lol tankies mad that Romania was part of Hitler’s genocidal alliance rather than Stalin’s genocidal alliance.

Remember one thing: if it weren’t for those equally (deal with it) evil shitheads having their little pissing contest over Europe and beyond, we wouldn’t have entered the war. By 1940 the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact was enacted upon us too, by which half of Transylvania was given by Germany to Hungary, and North Bucovina+the eastern half of Moldova (including the Budjak) to the Soviet Union.

So yeah, maybe it wasn’t as simple as flipping a coin but nobody wanted the war in the first place.

  4. Although I feel like many people here overlook the fact, that Michael I. literally allied Romania with the Red Army in WWII (hell, he was even awarded the Soviet order of victory). So he can’t really by called a “fascist” as some people claim, but he also wasn’t “omg omg so based tankie remover” as the other camp claims.
