Saw it once in person years ago, but I need to go back for sure. Magical place
Up the Drogs
Horribly vandalised by the opw.
The old one was better
Oldgrange is better
It’s essentially a tight vagina. It’s very atmospheric. I remember a group of Americans couldn’t fit through the passage way and I tried to contain my laughter.
Old stupid yoke doesn’t even do anything and isn’t even close to crispy cream or nuttin.
The front covered in concrete is terrible. It should look like Maes Howe does on Orkney.
The fact that it was reconstructed does take a bit away from its feel of authenticity
Loughcrew is better. It’s older and is not an interpretation of what it looked like. Also it’s a great sport to pick shrooms and an even better spot to take them….
Off topic but sort of related, that baldy bearded lads youtube channels are savage, watch all them, great to put on for 15, 20 mins, kill some time and learn a bit
A bit like everything historical, we just can’t seem to leave things alone.
