It would actually be hard to make something this bad, this might be intentional.

The real irony here is if you look at the poster on the left it says ECDL and Computer Course, and Graphic Design course at the bottom.
Those posters always look like they got outsourced to some eejit of student who has only completed a week of a graphic design course
Did you crosspost this from r/CrappyDesign just because of the Irish phone number?
Took me a long time to realise that it’s trying to say “Step UP”, and someone just thought it was a good idea to flow the text *upwards* (e.g. in the opposite direction from which you normally read vertical text.)
