Bristol has a wapping great one called Wapping Wharf.
These are worth like a £1m lol
There’s lne in Cardiff exactly like this called adventurers quay
Leeds got Granary Wharf and Brewery Wharf. They look exactly like this.
With internal walls that are paper thin and piss poor quality.
Portsmouth has gunwharf quays
I could name 4 separate places I’ve lived where this could be
300 year old buildings with 8ft walls were torn down and replaced by cardboard stencils that will collapse by 2050.
Literally the whole of Portishead marina
Cardiff we have century wharf, Victoria wharf, Atlantic wharf and the latest one…. “The wharf”
Belfast, St George’s Harbour haha.
Fuck. It’s true.
My wife lived in a place right next to this right next to Ropemakers fields.
this might genuinely be my hometown
Princess Quay in Hull?
To be fair I really like them. I’d love my own flat with a balcony onto some kind of waterfront, whether it’s a river, canal or whatever
I’d say it looks like Preston docks, but Preston looks nicer. View of the docked sail boats and a nice view down to the estuary if you’re a couple floors up.
Marine Wharf in Hull
Ipswich
Imagine waking up in the middle of summer, and just smelling stanky river water.
Swansea Marina has loads of little plots with those sorts of names; the boat yard itself is Fishmarket Quay.
Ah yes the tiny balcony. Only thing it’s good for is a cig and a piss
Why would you buy somewhere like this, gonna be underwater in five minutes.
Quayside Poole
Manchester has Salford Quays
Looks lovely 👌
Gloucester has Gloucester Quays.
We’re not very creative.
The London ones are often named after where their goods came from – Canada Water, Canary Wharf, East India Docks etc
Don’t have anything like this in boro sadly even though we have the tees, just all industrial zone
