Removed a carpet and saw this lil stains on the parquet, can't remove them. I did wet cleaning once and my dumb ass didn't figured out to pick up the carpet and let it dry in the air. I think the stains appeared after that. The apartment is rented, should I worry about it once I move out? It's managed by a Hausverwaltung

yes
Yeah, you should. Parquet is expensive. That’s what the deposit is for
Yes, the chance is high you will have to pay for this as it is actual damage and not normal wear, and also quite eye-catching (not a small, barely visible damage).
if it were me, id wait to tell my landlord about this only until I move out. That way the value of the Parquet will have reduced as much as possible because of its Zeitwert.
Do you have liability insurance? I spilled vinegar on my parquet floor once and they had to sand down the floor board (no need to change one, thankfully). The total cost was approx. 320 Eur., but my liability insurance paid for it pretty much instantly.
I would fix this myself or have it fixed, it will likely be cheaper than what the landlord would charge you. It will need to be sanded and then stained again but because of the different wood tones, it might be better to get a professional. Perhaps enquire on somewhere like task rabbit or my hammer, they often have people at a reasonable price. Also cleaning in future, bona is good and safe, good luck
You can try a tannin remover (for example by WOCA), Gerbsäure- Entferner in German, but if you do you need to oil it afterwards. Best to get that in a specialised store and ask for a little bit of advice there.
I’ve successfully removed some pretty intense spots (dog pee and water from a plant pot) with that method.
If you oil it don’t leave the cloth you used for that lying around, dispose of it in an airtight container, it can start burning.
