  6. You know how Palpatine says in RotS that he is the Senate? Well, in an unprecedented act in the history of the United States, Trump will become the first such entity to continue trying to run the country even when he’s out of power, like how he controlled Republicans from 2020-2024.

    Taking this right out of Putin’s playbook when Putin couldn’t run for President any longer(before he changed the Russian Constitution). He still ran the country despite no longer being in office.

    GOP at every level of American governance and politics will obey Trump even when he’s no longer an elected official and will steer the American right to obey his every whim and command.

    He’s a cult of personality. Whoever replaces him won’t have the pull to get people in line and MAGA will be fractured. The power vacuum will be crazy. Trump boys vs Vance vs rich donors vs RFK Jr vs Kanye vs generic Old White Senators.

    Vance will say dumb shit and lose little sections of voters that made Trump a powerhouse. Those people will find new political homes.

    I don’t think Reps collapse. Dems need a better message than “we’re not Trump” or they’re gonna struggle again in 2026 & 2028.

    Dems need a truly progressive disruptive candidate, not a moderate centrist. Dems will have to rebuild the government, and they will have a blank slate because the Reps are burning it all down.
