Today I saw the news that the investigators of the state prosecutor’s office where this took place announced that they have no cause for further investigation and have decided to drop the matter.
Although, in this case the driver did take special preparation to make sure that he could do the run as save as possible without endangering him, which includes other cars driving up front and having spotters on the bridges he passed, so this was not your everyday drive.
He also did choose a time when there was little traffic and good conditions, which is mentioned in the article, and did not drive recklessly , which would have been a cause to prosecute the driver.
