  1. + doesnt speak a single german word beside living here since 10 years.

  2. Who would ever want to be friend with a german in the first place?

  3. Always nice to see our badges of honour listed like that

  4. My Latin wife told me I don’t show enough affection. I argued the case. Then she said I am like a German. That line alone has changed me so deeply that all I do is show affection now.

  5. This sub has actually opened my eyes that some Germans can actually make me giggle

  6. It’s like going to a wedding and sitting on the ‘boring uncle table’ and expecting decent lively banter

You can’t hold it against them, it’s not what they’re here for

  7. Does anyone remember the video of that woman complaining that Germans were incredibly racist because they would chastise her for breaking social norms and doing things like video conferences on her laptop in a café?

  8. In Portugal, our fascist president, Salazar, said that we should appreciate Germans because they “sacrificed their humanity for the understanding and pursuit of how things work.”

I agree, now we have overpriced cars.

  9. Hans you’re being socially awkward again.

This person clearly does not want to be friends with Germans.

How can you look at this and think “this person wants to befriend Germans”?

  10. So? We just don’t like you or anyone. He uses a lot of words instead of writing misantroph. Very inefficient send him back home!

  11. Drink a few beers with a german and you will have a new friend

  12. Nourishing clichés at all strata; I like that shyt until it hits the thin-skinned among the “target group”. 🚮

  13. In his defence, being a Germanophile, A TEUTONOPHILE even, makes no difference cos most people don’t give a shit either way. Just be urself but not too much.

  14. They certainly don’t think that about the sweet, sweet cash though, do they?

  15. The less immigrants we get – the better. And also I wish that everyone who lives here and hates it, leaves. Go home

  16. I mean he does have a point but only we are allowed to say that

  17. I never met a german person but I met two italians who lived in germany for some time and they’re all the adjectives above. So I mean, apparently germany does change people somehow

  18. The fact that a Slav said this makes it ten times funnier

  19. He may be right about Germans but he’s dead wrong about Germany, it’s very very nice to live here.

  20. I think there is very little things that all europeans agree on but its that germans are cold.and not nice people all around

Actually not just europeans, even Americans

  21. Some of these somewhat fit, but it feels like he’s still projecting

  22. Why won’t locals like me? Starts every conversation with “You people…” followed by an insult

  23. As a German, I agree with most part of it. I’d describe the Tschörmans rather as jealous than greedy.

  24. Ive seen german wedding and that is all i needed to see from how they celebrate. The social differences are insane in things like the weddings.

  25. Through a cruel twist of faith I am now spending half of my weekends in Germany and I honestly feel like most of my fellow countrymen underestimate how bad Germany really is..

  26. The women are hot.

But color me surprised that the Slavic warrior doesn’t mesh with Germantism.

  27. to be fair arr Germany is just entitled foreigner muck moaning why we just deliver them everything on a silver platter, so he atleast keeps in theme with the sub

  28. Please remove the link to the sub from the post! You’re violating Rule 10.
