As a nation, we are partial to a bit of sicophancy aren’t we?
More of a reflection of Zelensky’s position and strategy than anything. He’s become a popular man to be seen with, so he’s hoping he can trade photo opportunities and positive comments for more supplies.
I’m sure he’d say equally nice things about France, Germany and the US. I wouldn’t read too much into it.
Boris is the best PM I think I have ever seen or lived under <3
God bless him. So proud I voted him in office.
I think the crumpled suited cunt called things right for once. I wanted my prime minister to do just this and I’m glad he did.
We’ve done some good things to support Ukraine, we have also done some questionable things, especially with regards to refugees. The true test of friendship will still come if and when this ends. If Johnson and the Tories go back to treating Russia as if nothing happened then it shows that Johnson was more in it to look good than to do good.
And followed up with “… but please don’t let him visit us again!”
If only his party wasn’t taking russian backhanders
Despite the fact we deliberately do next to nothing to help people escape from the bombing, seemingly all in order to appease Brexit voters who hate foreigners?
