Do you understand gdp and how Belgium’s gdp is not much more than half the dutchies’ gdp and that it is not in Belgium’s favour?

As a Belgian-American in Michigan, I resemble that remark!
As a Belgian, a Flemish Belgian, we are not dutchies. Because if you look at all the words official Dutch has, us Flemings would not understand everything at all. Of course we’d understand a lot but we do have quite a lot of differences in usage of words. For example, if they say “Ik ga op de wc poepen” they Mean,”I’m gonna take a shit at the toilet” but if you say that same sentence in Flanders, we’d think you say,”I am gonna fuck at the toilet” of course a lot of Flemings Know these words have different meaning there but still, there is a noticable difference.
Damn my own state (Virginia) is equivalent to Belgium’s GDP lol. Funny thing about that is that most of the state’s wealth is concentrated in a small pocket near DC.
