   This only benefits the wealthy in practice

6. Might not be popular opinion but maybe if it was on second homes including one residential rental property you would get a bunch of homes on the market. Mom and pop landlords would take advantage of tax free sale of investment property. Maybe make it so its only tax free if its sold to a buyer who will live in the home not an investor.
