  1. This goes well alongside the surgery requirements for marker changes, nobody can be mad about it now as trans women in these restrooms will have no penis and should remove any doubt for those that had any.
    Although, not sure how they’d check 💀

  2. In my culture, we have unisex bathrooms.

    As well as gender ones, so we got 3 kinds, problem solved, no one can complain about that!

  3. Gendered bathrooms are stupid. Just have proper bath*rooms* instead of the stupid stalls and it wouldn’t matter what shape of genitals the person inside has. Plenty of countries already have that without a problem.

  4. Why does it matter if you’re trans?, the stalls have doors, lots of privacy. Anyone looking over or under is a creep. Doesn’t matter what gender. Why is this even an issue?

  7. If TERFS believe trans women are predators who attack women in bathrooms, wouldn’t they believe they’re predators outside of them too? Ban them from all spaces where women are, by that logic. Or, idk, push for all registered sex offenders to be banned from public restrooms? Extending their logic literally two inches proves how inapplicable and inconsistent it is.

  9. i really don’t understand why we have gendered bathrooms, or why there’s even a debate about it. as long as the bathroom door can lock and there’s access to bins and sanitary products, i don’t care who uses the bathroom. it’s not like a sign is going to stop a creep from entering anyway lmao

  10. If they want to be unique they should to build their own unique bathrooms. Humanity is not ready to serve each minor group of persons with their specific kinks.

  11. We have a trans coworker and I feel bad for her because she’s practically running out of the women’s bathroom if another woman walks in. I don’t work with her but I always want to tell her she doesn’t have to rush if I go in there.

  12. Is anyone here familiar with HK law ? From what I have seen, the ruling says the matter is in the hands of government and parliament and that the government has 12 months to decide whether to respond to the ruling.
    What are the options here ? Can the government just ignore the ruling or not act on it ?
