I can only understand “To beloved Aunt…from…”, but the names remain elusive.
For beloved aunt Jania (polish name Janina) Docker (Decker? But i am more into Docker) from Halinka (Polish name Halina) from Ciechocinek (This is city near Toruń in Kujawsko-Pomorskie) 28.VII.60
