2) They have absolutely no basis whatsoever to have made the judgement that she is ‘unhealthy’ or that any such health issues in fact relate to her size/weight.

The article says it is more about the pose making her look even thinner than she is. Which was considered irresponsible. It also says Next faced a similar censure for a similar issue.

I get why companies shouldn’t be promoting unhealthy body types. But to me, she doesn’t look too thin. As someone of this build, who struggles to gain weight (but is still a healthy BMI according to the NHS), it actually feels pretty shit to have my body type deemed unhealthy.

I doubt it will get anyway but I have written to the ASA about this and the recent Next case. Just the language used is inherently judgemental and stigmatising, imagine how the model must feel? This is her livelihood and her work has been erased, and we can be sure M&S won’t be hiring her again.
The idea that certain body types should be censored from the media is harmful in of itself, but surely thin people should not be the target of this policy when obesity is a far bigger issue.
