Are there any geographic clues decipherable from the stamps on this? This should be 1920. The baby on the right is my grandmother but she died well before I was born and I actually don't know where in Poland she was from. She emigrated to the US as a baby and my mom just found this in a box in the attic. Thank you for any help!

No. The upper two stamps are too smudged to be readable. The bottom two are cut off by the photo and the part that might have anything is not visible. The part that is readable just means “State Police station house”
I am not 100% sure but I think it says :
“Centrala Policji Państwowej m st. Warszawy M. S. W.”
So I would say it is connected to Police in Warsaw and ministry that is connected to police
“MSW. Komendant Policji Państwowej m. st. Warszawy”
“Ministry of Internal Affairs. Commandant of the State Police for the capital city of Warsaw”
This chief police officer is the issuer of this document (is it even a passport?).
