  1. That’s the least shocking headline I’ve read this week.

  2. Social media  has run this shit into the ground

  3. I think most saw this coming. If they were going to cheat then why didn’t they go someone more quiet or further back?

  4. Yeah I mean being a chief people officer and getting caught in an affair scandal with your married CEO isn’t—optimal.

It doesn’t do much for your credibility in that capacity.

  5. Likely was told she could quit on her own or get fired.

  6. I do wonder how this all would have played out if they just had the reaction of a normal couple

  7. Please give her the privacy she is entitled to, assuming you are truly decent people.

She deserves whatever time she needs with everyone else’s husbands.

  8. She’s a lot older in life than that LinkedIn profile

  9. If I’ve learned anything about corporate America, she’ll be fine. So will the CEO. Give it a few months, they’ll have a cushy gig somewhere else for even more money. The C Suite looks after its own.

  10. If there’s ever been more proof that HR is only there for the higher ups than this is it.

  11. If the head of HR is bangin’ the CEO – imagine all the inter-office affairs going on in that place at the lower ranks? It must be soooo awkward there right now. LOL

  12. Since she was “Chief people officer” /HR head, how much will this negatively impact her upcoming job hunt do we think? Like her credibility/reputation has taken a hit no?

  13. I’ve wondered how her husband is dealing with this? We’ve heard a lot about the guy she cheated with & his family, haven’t heard anything about her husband or if she has kids.

  14. I was at the gym this morning and SportsCenter was on the TV. I was listening to headphones but reading the captions and they were talking about some baseball player and said he “made more unexpected singles than a Coldplay concert.”

  15. She was head of HR or worked in that sector if I’m not mistaken, her job is to protect the company from stuff like this. I’m shocked she wasn’t being ousted with as much vigor as her companion considering her role, and I can’t imagine anyone willing to employ her now. It’s like hiring someone to guard a bank they just robbed.

  16. Kinda hard to get a future job in HR when you proved you can’t follow the policies you create

  17. Took long enough. She has time to spend with family who will help her write her cpac speech

  18. You don’t have to be the scientist to predict this headline. I bet she wishes she could turn back the clocks.

  19. She doesn’t need the job. At least for now, she’s married to money

  20. Should just interview her for laughs. Ask about her “family values” and “commitment levels” . All the ridiculous stuff she would ask were she the HR person performing the interview

  21. Well if anyone there should have known the ramifications, it was this woman from the HR dept!

  22. If they just played it cool, one of this would have happened. Maybe their coworkers would have seen it but I doubt it.

  23. Imagine all the people she lectured and wrote up for violations along the way.

  24. Their interviews from this point on will be hilarious

  25. Good. The head of HR should have known better.

  26. This was headlined “SHOCKING news from HR lead” as if it wasn’t expected
