   Americans pay 5 – 15 times per dose what other rich countries pay for branded Rx drugs. There is no reason for middlemen such as wholesalers and benefits pharmacy managers. Additionally, the drug companies should not be making multiple times more per dose than they do in other countries.

   Branded Rx drug prices in the US on average should be cut in half 3 times. Then America (Americans, businesses and governments) will still be paying more than any other rich nation, but will be saving a lot of money.
