Pietarsaari if you enjoy this kind of scenery. They have “jaakonpäivät” going on right now, a town festival that lasts from 20.7-27.7 so if you are Finland right now it could be something to check out.
“Koulupuutarha” is one of the most stunning gardens I have ever visited in Finland.
(outside of “jaakonpäivät” I would probably skip the city as a foreign tourist, unless you would visit other cities in ostrobothina such as Vaasa and/or Seinäjoki)
Porvoo and Rauma old town districts. Hamina has a very nice centre too.
