Romania will donate weapons to Ukraine, from the reserves of some institutions of the national defense system.
This decision will become possible through an amendment of the Romanian legislation. The Ministry of National Defense has drafted an Emergency Ordinance in this regard. The future normative act will amend the Government Ordinance 122/1998. Ordinance 122 regulated “the accumulation, removal and refreshment of the products from the own reserves of the forces destined for national defense”.
