Why is this shocking? This is why you have a police force. 🤷🏼♀️
I have as much fury over this as when they escort people I don’t agree with, total non-story
They’re there to protect everyone, why so much QQ over it
I used to live next to Millwall’s stadium and saw police escorting fans to the ground every matchday
Has nobody on here ever been to a football match?
Sorry but what is the problem. I assume the police are doing this to ensure peace during these protests and to protect individuals who they may class as being at high risk.
What exactly do people take specific issue with in regards to the police action.
This sub is an echo chamber.
Is this not standard practice?
When a group of ex-soldiers were counter-protesting BLM when they were desecrating Winston Churchills statue, I don’t remember the police being quite so welcoming in allowing them access in the same way and escorting them away to safety…
People need to stop this, the escorting them there is whatever. A bad choice but whatever.
Bussing them out is insane.
