  3. The trick with halloumi is to not cut it before, you just chuck the block on the grill, turn it and then open it along the natural split and grill that side. cut afterwards.

  4. I would eat the hell out of that, but I like a bit of char.

    hard to beat burnt cheese tbh, its the best bit of most primarily cheese based dished.

  6. Holy heck, you could save overdose victims with that cheese.

  7. You need to pick what is on top of the barbeque not what is inside..
