In my younger days, I thought europe was full of highly educated and conscious people who would never fall into the pitfalls into which my country has fallen. the last decade has been so disillusioning. It’s staggering to see all it took was a couple of years of economic stagnation for the whole continent to slip into the far right cesspit.

    Putin and Bannon know that it is much easier to destroy the EU from India, like a cancer instead of direct confrontation. And Every Single Country is falling for it. And the immobile behemoth that EU has become won’t be able to survive without severe division.

    EU should grow a pair but it will never happen. They will keep on studying, evaluating, analysing and appealing a lot instead of really doing something

  11. We don’t want American help on destroying EU, VdL is doing a great job at it without help. Or are we supposed to ignore her multibillion euro corruption case currently not going anywhere because her conviction would be incovenient?

    This is the worst kind of attack on EU; the one which has a touch of truth to it. The commission is by far the worst aspect of EU; and we could do without an undemocratic political elite in EU.
