Former Reading star Lonnie Walker IV, who has played seven seasons in the NBA, has signed a lucrative deal to play overseas with Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel.

Walker played part of last season with the Philadelphia 76ers and averaged 12.4 points and 3.2 rebounds in 20 games. The Sixers did not pick up the team option for Walker at the end of the 2024-25 season.

Walker’s deal with the Yellows reportedly has an NBA buyout clause.
