I’m surprised that they’re doing anything about it, I figured those days were long gone.
I heard the head of the RMT Union talk about this on Radio 4 just after the sackings happened and he spent most of his airtime talking about how hiring people from India on lower wages was a form of institutional racism, instead of the actual problem or its immediate victims, which made me wonder how much he or the union really cared about its members.
RMT are in for a busy wee while. Sending ballots out to damn near the entire railway.
Just waiting on my papers. Fuckers will be signed and sent back before they hit the welcome mat.
