Could you tell me a little about the origin of this dish?

  1. Love it. Just missing the cinnamon and sugar here, but not everybodies taste. I think it is orginally from Bohemia and spread all over Europe with different names, even in germany. Some say “Reibekuchen”, some say “Kartoffelpuffer” and im sure there´re even more names for it. My grandmother cooked it alot for us. It´s easy and cheap.

  2. The Origin is my grandma cooking like 50 of these whenever I visited her at the age of 6. I loved them
