  4. Phantom Island is the best album of the year. Masterpiece material from a band in their prime. Spotify doesn’t deserve them, but I really wish I could listen to that damn album right now

  15. This is honorable. I support them and wish for other artists to do the same. We owe it to ourselves to ensure we get paid fairly and be respected for what we create and to have that be in a way that does not compromise ourselves, morality, safety, the lives of others, the environment, or the planet at large. Fuck Spotify.

  18. These guys are good kids. But remember, if you buy albums or CDs, the artists make more money and your music can’t be removed remotely. They gotta break into your house and fight you for it!

  22. After 10 years subbed to Spotify, I moved over to Tidal to follow them.

    If you haven’t heard of them or their work, have a listen, though these guys span quite a few genres of music, so listen to more than one song, or one album.
