Served with baked chips. I used a hand-blender to make very smooth consistency, and didn’t put fresh dill on top. Not my best, I only make bulviu kugelis that is tasty (thank you močiute). Should I go to jail though? Is this criminal? It got darker in the fridge, I don’t think I used enough kefir.

  6. Why do you need smooth consistency? Soup is not supposed to be smooth, people like texture

  7. Is this suppose to be Šaltibarščiai? This is only excusable if you have no teeth or your jaw doesn’t work.
