  1. Any ding to interregional (or intraregional, for that matter) transmission is a bummer

    Considering it’s a key platform by which the energy transition will take place, it is woefully underinvested in (I suppose the dollars are getting there, but permitting and cost allocation reform sure isn’t)

  2. Showing just how deeply the petroleum industry has its claws into the government at all levels.
