Male house spider, might be maybe a wolf spider or very common Lace web spider (often confused with false widows but false widows are noticeably shiney)

Knowing absolutely nothing about spiders, or how they’re identified, I’d go with a mouse spider… because they’re usually found in the house too and can scare a lot of people…
