  1. A VPN is just a fancy way of saying forwarding traffic from one computer to another. That is the core concept on which the whole internet relies. You literally cannot ban that without banning the entire internet.

  2. Does using a vpn put you at risk of getting hacked or getting a virus? Thinking of getting one

  3. Downloaded Proton VPN for free yesterday. You don’t even have to sign up / log in – I just use it as a ‘guest’.

  4. Seriously, the biggest joke of these repeated posts is that people actually think you need a VPN.

If they couldn’t stop illegal streaming because those sites just ditch the domain at the first sign of legal action, what makes you think the porn industry and ALL of the people who profit from it would be different.

Page 1 of google will offer you viewable options without any checks.

The only people this will actually help are the people who get their hands on the age verification data.

  5. theyll probably force vpn services to use age verifcation systems next

  6. The British public being accidently turned into more conscientious and savvy web users en Masse.

Big brain play out of Westminster

  7. “What kind of VPN is filled with rambunctious spaffers at 1am?!?”

  8. The uproar must continue or they might try to do worse. It’s more about control than ‘child-safety”.
