Rochester, N.Y. — Day two of the 6th annual Black Culture Festival took place on Sunday, bringing a celebration of Black excellence and innovation to Rochester’s Parcel 5.
This year’s theme, “Dripping in Culture,” highlighted Black influence in fashion, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
Among the festivities, were a mainstage concert with local and national artists, and a family fashion show celebrating Black style across generations.
Attendees could explore a vendor market with over 50 Black-owned businesses, food trucks, artists, giveaways, and more.
“The Black Culture Festival is more than an event—it’s a movement rooted in pride, empowerment, and joy,” said Devin Williams, founder of Willpower Media Company. “This festival creates space for us to celebrate who we are, support local businesses, and inspire the next generation.”
