1. Under the previous charge (“toedienen van stof met de dood tot gevolg”) only the people who are responsible for having him drink the fishoil can be held responsible.

   So if someone was standing there the entire time participating, but they didn’t order him to drink the fish oil, then they wouldn’t be charged.

   That is obviously stupid, so the judge wants to expand it so that all perpetrators can be held liable instead of just the ones involved with the fish oil
