Good news for park lovers, architecture fans and Brussels haters enthusiasts: the Cinquantenaire Terraces in Brussels are open again!

After months of restoration by the Regie der Gebouwen, the panoramic terraces above Cinquantenaire Park have finally reopened! Access is through the Military Museum, and rumor has it entry is free on the first Wednesday of every month after 1pm (but you didn’t hear it from us)

  1. that is great news indeed, was on those terraces a few years back, the view there is indeed amazing!

The museum is well worth a visit of itself, but the terraces are the cherry on top 😀

  2. Been a while since I visited those, might be time for a revisit

  3. I remember when that Museum was always free and you could get there anytime for a picnic.

Definitely a great view of Brussels. I’ll stick to the first Wednesday of the month. There is a similar thing going for most Museums.
