BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – FOX10 News has uncovered court documents that show an illegal immigrant, who’s been deported four times, was arrested in Baldwin County earlier this month.
Juan Jose Acosta-Sandoval(Baldwin County Jail)
According to the documents, Juan Jose Acosta-Sandoval, a Honduran national, was taken into custody on or about July 16 by the Robertsdale Police Department for public intoxication.
Officers notified ICE about the arrest and federal agents interviewed Acosta-Sandoval, but he refused to answer questions.
The court records show Acosta-Sandoval’s fingerprints were enrolled into the immigration and criminal database and “removed alien”, “wanted” and “immigration violator” alerts were received through the Automated Biometric Identification System.

October 9, 2012, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL was ordered removed by a designated immigration official in Laredo, Texas. October 22, 2012, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL was removed from the United States Honduras through San Antonio, TX via JPATS SNA. May 18, 2018, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL order of removal was reinstated by a designated immigration official in Brownsville, TX. July 2, 2018, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL was removed from the United States to Honduras through Brownsville, TX Airport via Air Ops. August 24, 2019, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL order of removal was reinstated by a designated immigration official in Kingsville, TX. August 30, 2019, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL was removed from the United States to Honduras through Brownsville, TX Airport via Air Ops. September 15, 2021, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL order of removal was reinstated by a designated immigration official in Salisbury, Maryland. November 12, 2021, ACOSTA-SANDOVAL was removed from the United States to Honduras through AEX-Alexandria International Airport, Alexandria, Oil LA
Acosta-Sandoval is now facing a federal charge of Re-entry of Removed Alien.
He’s currently being held in the Baldwin County jail.
