You know what? At this point, I completely give up. I seriously think pre-2020 life is dead and buried and we’re gonna live this mutilated and controlled life forever. Goodbye to uncovering your face indoors, making out at clubs or going out without a vaccine passport.
It’s not even because of some doomy spooky conspiracy about NWO, Chinese social credit or some shit, it’s just that this virus doesn’t want to end and governments keep moving goalposts to full return to normalcy.
I will forever envy those who grew up in the past decades and had the opportunity to live in a world that, while not perfect by any means, was miles ahead of this dystopian dumpster that we live in now.
Oh well, the best years of our species are behind us, I guess
That means the vaccine is working right?
If the virus can still spread this effectively with half the population vaccinated this will not end any time soon.
Not unless authorities come up with an exit plan and stop shifting the goal.

They should at this point just let things run their course and give vaccinated people prio in hospitals. You don’t want the vaccine? Fine, suffer the consequences of your idiocy.
With vaccinations and treatments more available, being positive for a disease becomes less life-threatening. Think about what it meant to be HIV positive in 1985 vs today.
