  1. That’s actually pretty crazy. It’s one thing to hear it coming from a distance, but to be walking along then all of a sudden it spins up and lifts up into the air a few meters away, holy fuck that’s got to be terrifying af.

  2. You can see the absolute lack of training that these guys have based on how clumped up that last group was.

  3. New PTSD achievement unlocked: Reduce drone buzzing noises for enemies to less than 3 seconds.

  4. Bro this is worse than a claymore bcz at least a claymore is stationary 😭

  5. I’m kinda confused, it looks like the same spot multiple times but where are the previous bodies?

  6. Why do all these videos have the same shitty 90’s stock rock music playing

  7. Ahh hell nah bro was Fortnite bush-camping 😤💀

  8. Holy fucking shit that has to be terrifying. Ive seen drones ambush vehicles, but I havent seen it do that to people. Thats gotta be crazy. Normally you can atleast hear them coming from a distance and know that theres a small chance you can shoot it or possibly dodge it. But at that Range? Its basically on you instantly, you know there is no survival.

  9. “Surprise mother…”

War is getting even more awful

  10. Imagine…

Walking normally, then out of fucking nowhere…

    zzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ**ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ**.. BOOM!

  11. I’d rather go into battle with a shotgun these days. At least give me a chance.

  12. ah yes – angry flying mines. new man-made horrors unlocked.

  13. Oh shit…

So the drones either attack from so high up that you don’t ever know that you or Ivan are about to explode…

Or, they pounce from the long grass, and you instantly know you’re already dead.

    PTSD worthy, definitely. Horrifying.

  14. Bro, imagine just hundreds of thousands of these things flying around in the battlefield.

Like Ukraine is using them as soon as they get them, but imagine if we actually supported them and gave them the resources that they needed.

The new dead man zone would be just thousands of these drones waiting and flying in the air.

I’m in my 30’s but I already feel like ‘back in my day, warfare was when we had people with guns actually shoot each other’. Kiddos will be like okay grandpa, that’s crazy talk here is your medicine.

  15. Interesting. Not fiber optic. So the transmitter must be close, up in a tree, or no way it would get signal on the ground below the tall grass.

  16. They’re so dumb they can’t see a drone legit a few feet away and exposed entirely on top of grass lol

  17. fuckin terrifying man. takes “bouncing betty” to a whole new level.

I think what scares me more is that right now these depend on a human driver, but in the future they won’t. probably the very near future.

  18. crazy how I read a reddit comment about how Ukrainians should keep drones in play and wait position. the guy responded and was in the UAF said something like not a bad idea. now I see these videos more and more.

  19. Guess ivan, igor, and Vladimir won’t be making it home for Christmas.

  20. The guy controlling it must be either fairly close, higher ground, or using a repeater drone.

Being low/ on the ground and at a distance with drones usually obscures the video signal.

  21. What is the configuration of these drones? it looked like it was streaming video no problem while it was on the ground and far away from the operators.

  22. It looked like all of them were not only ambushed in the same path but also the same exact zone.

  23. I’m curious on what people’s thoughts are on this needing an NSFW tag? People are clearly dying though the footage isn’t actually showing any blood/gore/death.

Personally I don’t think it does in the same way that watching an artillery battery firing doesn’t since you aren’t actually seeing the death/aftermath even if people are obviously dying. At the same time it has a much more personal level and you know what happens the instant the footage cuts off.

  24. Wait until they are fully AI piloted and get targeting info from surveillance drones. These will be stuff of nightmares.

  25. Nightmare fuel man. I can already forsee weapon systems dedicated to this approach. You need essentially no range on the drone. So you can carry a much larger payload, make them smaller, make more of them, make them cheaper.

Deploy a field of these in an area like a mine field with a payload mix for infantry, vehicles, etc. Have a central watch unit maybe for data links and control. Find a target in its control area and send the right drone for the job. Could use tactics like waiting for an entire unit to enter the kill zone then activate all the drones and wipe it out.

It’s smart so you can avoid both friendly fire or civilian casualties which mines don’t do so you have an incentive to deploy in mass…

I’m spooked, gonna eat some therapeutic corn dogs for lunch now.

  26. I gotta wonder. Is there some sort of hibernation mode where the drone only transmits a picture every few seconds, and then the pilot powers on when he see’s the enemy, or are they just parking the drone and waiting?

  27. This shows how many drones are littering the landscape. Either ran out of battery and fell or signal jammed. Or broken and discarded by its user.

They just blend into the landscape. You don’t even think about the drone sitting there in the grass on the side of the road. Because you’ve seen so many others before it.

  28. I have some horror movies to apologize to, I guess people really do just fall down when scared and running away
