Can we normalize using quotation marks when talking about this:

Because as experts say: this will not protect children and may even harm them.* What protects children is investing in education for both the children and the parents, and dealing with the income gap. But that’s not what we’re doing.
*It limits boundary exploring behaviour, reduces teaching opportunities from parents/teachers/peers, affects sexual health, privacy issues, mental health issues, etc.
Really, there’s a bunch of issues with completely removing access to porn for children versus mediating access: the most known one is that “completely removing access” is never completely: children will find a way no matter the harm that can be done to them when taking this other path..
