That's right. Paraguay's president, Santiago Peña, is right now on an official visit to Finland. Tomorrow (30th) he is scheduled to be received by President Stubb.

Let's hope this bring a lot more closeness between our countries. We have a lot to learn from you Finns.

  2. A grain of salt perhaps after, our president would give his left nut to be a swede, so if he gives your guy any zany ideas, that’s like 90% not on us.
