– law about planning public projects
– law about how laws about planning public projects are supposed to be prepared and written
As a bonus, the article where I encountered it is about:
– a Deutsche Bahn project
– a Deutsche Bahn project that will be delayed
– a Deutsche Bahn project that will be delayed due to the real-world implementation of a law that was intended to do the opposite, and make the planning of this kind of projects quicker and less complicated.
You could say this actually is a rare double trifecta.
