  1. It was better than I expected, all the pro golfers were great.

  2. As a golf fan I really struggled with the film very pointedly drawing parallels between Maxi golf and LIV, while at the same time having current LIV golfers wearing their current LIV uniforms playing for the Tour team.

It seemed very hypocritical. But also something you would never notice if you don’t follow golf.

  3. I didn’t have any expectations so I’m glad that it became a hit for Netflix

  4. Second half is really bad but honestly better than I expected as a whole. Sandler has made wayyyyy worse movies.

  5. Movie was corny, full of nostalgia baiting, non stop cameos, stupid jokes and sub par writing.

That being said I liked it lol

  6. Haven’t seen the movie, but these titles always bore me. Everything seems to be “breaking records” all the time. Every new movie added to streaming “breaks streaming records” and is always “the most streamed movie of all time”

  7. I enjoyed the heck out of it. Got many lol moments from me and it was just so fun/lighthearted.

  8. The movie is what it is, but I enjoyed it. I loved the ties back to the first movie, and for Sandler it’s gotta be pretty cool to be making movies with family so I’ll keep watching.

There are legit probably only like 2-3 movies from Sandler that I think are just terrible and out of all the movies he’s been in…I think that’s a pretty good ratio.

  9. Adam Sandler laughing all the way to the bank that he owns ✊🏽

  10. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The episode of Break 50 with Bryson and Adam is better though. Watching a pro golfer be basically fan girling over one of his favorite actors growing up is so fun to watch

  11. This was like a celebrity all star film. Story line was not the best but every scene was silly and fun. Captivating. 8/10

  12. Shooter throwing the coffee and then running away got my biggest laugh

  13. It was great! I was pleasantly surprised! And missed the old humor I grew up watching! It felt fresh and new again and like it’s been missing and I’m glad it came back in this movie! Adam Sandler cared a lot about this one and it shows!

  14. Is it even at Adam Sandler quality? The tone felt off, lazy, and required me to know a lot of people to get a lot of jokes. Also, the same jokes used over and over again. This is one of my least favor from the Sandler collection.

  15. I watched the original right after and it was like night and day, way better. The original had that more visceral anger and edge to it that brought out the belly laughs. The sequel was numbed out on nurse ratchet meds.

  16. I don’t care what anyone thinks, it brought me back to my teens and it was awesome

  17. It felt like a movie that was made for alzheimers patients who were fans of the first movie. Every reference made had a flashback just to be like “hey the thing we just referenced, here is the scene that it was from in the original in case you were confused as to what movie you’re watching” it was horrible.

  18. It made me laugh so it’s good enough for me, was much better than I expected
