Food, litterbox, if inside cat then cat grass would be good, sometimes a treat, toys, some high cat trees with sisal posts to scratch, and a safe environment with a reliable human who acts in a consistent way, so cat knows it’s safe from weird constant changes.
Other than that: cat decides if it likes / loves you. Let them come to you. 🤷♀️
