So i do understand the parking, parking direction and the theme time frame
But what i am wondering since there is only a camping trailer and a camper on the picture does this mean that i could sleep inside a regular car or is it forbidden to sleep inside any vehicle in generell

I got 62/65 on the swedish driving theory test and i have never seen this one
You can’t park there between 0-4 in the morning with a camper but technically nothing stops you from sleeping in your own car..
You can sleep in your own car but common sense is saying you dont do that. Its like a question for a 3 old year child.
I would sum it up as: don’t stay overnight with a camper van/trailer.
I would guess, that no big vehicles, for space purposes. (Guessing, since I don’t see the place in full). But I definitely wouldn’t have a problem sleeping in a regular car. Otherwise there would be a total ban on vehicles during the hours on the sign.
4 spots. No RV or caravans allowed between 00-04 all days of the weeks
“You may park here”

“When you do; align the car to this configuration”

“Caravans/trailers/campervans/vehicles that you sleep in are forbidden”

“Between 00 and 04 (24 hour clock)”

“All days”
I would argue the SPIRIT of the sign-combo means they don’t want people sleeping there but that is not what the sign de facto says. So yes you can sleep in your car there at 00-04 according to the sign but I am certain it is frowned upon.
You may park, except with a camper or a caravan from 00:00-04:00. (No overnight camping.)
“Vanlife scum go home”
You can park there for 24 hours, but house cars and caravans are not allowed to be parked there the first 4 hours after midnight.
I somehow doubt the validity of the lower sign, I am not a lawyer, but as far as I know there’s no laws preventing you from sleeping in your car, and if your car happens to have a bed in it and a kitchen and a dining table, that’s just coincidence.
But if you setup a table and chairs outside you are camping and not parking.
A lot of smaller places like to make their own signs, doesn’t mean there’s a law backing that sign up, hell I could make a sign saying only left handed people allowed to park on Wednesdays and slap it up on a parking spot I own, wouldn’t make it enforceable.
But if someone has all the legalese I would love to get it properly confirmed.
I interpret the lower sign as homemade and wouldn’t expect a parking guard giving you a fine for it.
But, as it is homemade, there might be some angry locals who would be upset and I wouldn’t park there overnight, in any car for sleeping.
There are a number of people in here trying to give you a literalist interpretation of the signs, i:e “it doesn’t show a car hurr durr”.
Swedish law does not use literalist interpretation, it uses teleological interpretation. No Air Bud rules interpretations.
The sign shows no camping vehicles allowed during 00-04. You cannot circumvent this by claiming you were sleeping in a regular car. It is a vehicle and you are camping in it, ergo you broke the rules.
As an example of teleological legal interpretation of signage, you know how there’s a sign with a crossed over schnauzer dog on some shop doors? It doesn’t mean just schnauzers, it means no dogs in general. And also no other animals in either, you can’t go in there with your pet llama and say “there’s no sign with a crossed over llama”.
At best you can sleep there and hope to be let off with a warning if you play dumb when the parking guard shows up.
The lower sign is a bit odd and I doubt fulfils the legal requirements for a parking prohibition. However the landowner’s intent is pretty obvious, “This is a parking lot, not a campsite.”.
I would suggest that you find another place to camp rather than looking for a loophole were they technically can’t give you a fine for going against their will.
