WASHINGTON – The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday highlighted the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in promoting a new era of peace and prosperity, while welcoming the enduring partnership with the Kingdom of Morocco.
“Under President Trump’s and His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s leadership, we will continue to build a new era of peace and prosperity in the years ahead”, the US official said in a press release on the 26th anniversary of the Sovereign’s ascension to the Throne.
Marco Rubio also expressed, on behalf of the United States of America, his greetings to King Mohammed VI and the people of Morocco on the occasion of this anniversary.
“As one of our nation’s oldest and closest friends, we value our enduring partnership with Morocco in advancing peace and security”, he added.
